SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is FREE for all orders to Main Centres - yay! Main Centres include Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban (including Durban North, Umhlanga, Hillcrest, Kloof), Pietermaritzburg, Hilton, Howick, Richard's Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Paarl, Wellington. Any other outlying areas are charged at R85 for shipping. If you are unsure about your area please let us know.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days once payment has reflected in our bank account. Orders are then dispatched with our courier and arrive within 2-4 working days. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to outlying areas. Please note, we are happy to help track your parcel but unfortunately we know no more than you do about courier schedules etc. If we are notified of any delays, we will let you know, we promise :)
SUNNY THE LABEL will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address or incorrect or absence of recipient. This means if your parcel is delivered to Dora next door instead of in your hands because you weren't home, or gave an incomplete address, we are not liable.
Should there be any issues with a courier company that has collected your parcel from us and it has got lost in transit, we will do our absolute best to assist you with finding your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery of a parcel once handed over to the courier as we use third party courier companies and this service is out of our control. We do select the companies we use very carefully, and in the very rare case that something is lost before delivery is attempted, we will replace the item for you if it is in stock. If the item is not in stock we will gladly replace it with an item to the same value, or with a gift card to the value of your order that doesn’t expire. Please be patient and understanding in cases like this, unfortunately sometimes humans make mistakes.
We want to make online shopping as good of an experience for you as we can, while still ensuring our policy makes business sense for us.
Please note that we have a no cash refunds policy.
We are happy to refund you with a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used at any time and never expires. The store credit will be the amount you paid for the garment/s less the shipping cost of R85 if you paid for shipping.
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original swing tag attached and returned within 10 days of delivery. To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we have a no cancellation policy for orders already placed.
SALE ITEMS/PROMO ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. This includes our Annual Sale, as well as any other sales or promotions we run throughout the year.

FOR AN EXCHANGE
We will offer you one free exchange if your order value is R1000 or more and you didn't pay for shipping in the first place. You will need to send the item back to us at your own cost, but we will not charge to send your new item back to you. This applies to all deliveries in main centres only. If you are in an outlying area, unfortunately we will need to charge for the shipping of the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Sunny The Label at our own cost.
Sunny The Label must be informed within 3 business days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange. Please email email@example.com should you require assistance with the above.
FIXING OF DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER WEAR AND TEAR
We offer free mending of garments that are damaged through wear and tear after 30 days from date of delivery. We unfortunately cannot offer a guarantee / warranty on your clothing for an indefinite period as we can't control the usage of the clothing and proper washing and care thereof. We will however happily mend your garment if you let us know within 30 days of receipt thereof in the rare case that there is something that needs fixing after you have worn it a few times. You will need to return the item to us at your own cost and will need to pay for the shipping of the product back to you in this case. We cannot offer tailoring of garments unfortunately.
