SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is FREE for all orders over R1000 - yay! Local door to door deliveries are R75 for orders less than R1000
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days once payment has reflected in our bank account. Orders are then dispatched with our courier and arrive within 2-4 working days. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to outlying areas. Please note, we are happy to help track your parcel but unfortunately we know no more than you do about courier schedules etc. If we are notified of any delays, we will let you know, we promise :)
SUNNY THE LABEL will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address or incorrect or absence of recipient. This means if your parcel is delivered to Dora next door instead of in your hands because you weren't home, or gave an incomplete address, we are not liable.
Please note that we have a no cash refunds policy. We are happy to refund you with a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used at any time and never expires. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original swing tag attached and returned within 10 days of delivery. To request a return please email email@example.com
Please note that we have a no cancellation policy for orders already placed.

Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Sunny The Label at our own cost.
Sunny The Label must be informed within 3 business days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org should you require assistance with the above.
