SHIPPING
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received. Local door to door deliveries are R65.
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days once payment has reflected in our bank account. Orders are then dispatched with our courier and arrive within 2-4 working days. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to outlying areas.
SUNNY THE LABEL will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address or incorrect or absence of recipient.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Please note that we have a no cash refunds policy. We will happily refund you with a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used at any time and never expires. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original swing tag attached and returned within 10 days of delivery. To request a return please email support@sunnythelabel.com
Please note that we have a no cancellation policy for orders placed.
SALE ITEMS/PROMO ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT DELIVERY
Damaged or incorrect items will be collected and returned by Sunny The Label at our own cost.
Sunny The Label must be informed within 3 business days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange.
