What size should I buy?
Our sizing is standard South African sizing. Size 6 = Size 30 or XS, Size 8 + Size 32 or S, Size 10 = Size 34 or M, etc.
We include a size guide for each garment on the product's page. The measurements provided are the garment's measurements. So you would measure your body, then deduct the garment's meaurements from your body measurements to guage how tight or loose fitting the garment is in any particular size. We also always give a guide as to whether you should size down or take your regular size. We are just an email away and will gladly assist you with any sizing queries.
What fabrics do you use?
We only use natural fabrics that are kind on your skin. Most of our pieces are made from 100% pure linen, or 100% viscose rayon, and from time to time we have tencel and cotton too.
When will I get my order?
We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have selected to pay via EFT, we will only be able to ship your order once we have received proof of payment from you.
We will ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. Orders take 2 - 3 business days from shipment date to be delivered in main cities, and anywhere from 4 - 7 days to outlying areas. You will receive email updates every step of the way from when your parcel is ready for collection by the courier company, right to when it is delivered to you, taking out the guess work.
What is your returns policy?
We want to make online shopping as good of an experience for you as we can, while still ensuring our policy makes business sense for us.

We are happy to refund you with a store credit in the form of a digital gift card that can be used at any time and never expires. The store credit will be the amount you paid for the garment/s less the shipping cost of R85 if you paid for shipping.
We have a no cash refund policy. Unfortunately we are just too small to offer this, as it is crippling for a small business' cash flow. We hope to be able to offer this soon.
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original swing tag attached and returned within 10 days of delivery.
Please note that we have a no cancellation policy for orders already placed.
SALE ITEMS/PROMO ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. This includes our Annual Sale, as well as any other sales or promotions we run throughout the year.

We will offer you one free exchange if your order value is R1000 or more and you didn't pay for shipping in the first place. You will need to send the item back to us at your own cost, but we will not charge to send your new item back to you. This applies to all deliveries in main centres only. If you are in an outlying area, unfortunately we will need to charge for the shipping of the returned item.
